Baseball Accessories - These authentic pieces are a must for "Batter Up"! They work well for male or female dolls and even for 11" too. Here is a remarkable miniature record that brings back the old thrill of a new LP. Each shining platter has a paper label, a spindle hole at the middle and a silver cord (for hanging on your tree as ornaments, or remove the cord for using with displays). Though too large for the record player above, this 3.5"W mini is great to display with Cissy or BJDs. Will even look good with 16" dolls in room shots (though too large for them to hold). This mini flute is made of wood, with authentic detailing. Measures 3"H. $1.99.
En guarde! These lovely pewter swords are in true 1/6th scale. The blades are perfectly in proportion to the hilts. They measure 6 1/8"L and come in your choice of styles such as Excalibur and Robin Hood (Medieval style), El Cid (Spanish), Barbarian, or Claymore and Wallace (Scottish, for the blade that kept Scotland free). Made of cast metal with pewter hilts, all have the name of the sword stamped into the blade, except for the Claymore which is of plain metal without the name stamped into the blade. Hand-held movie camera, about 3"L, is actually a magnet with moveable "view-finder", and plays a sound bite! $6. Mini film statuette is perfectly scaled at 2.5"H. It is made of solid pewter with a gold-leaf finish, not plastic and not on a keychain or magnet! Measures approx. 2.5"H on its round black base. We had this item privately commissioned and manufactured ourselves. Cost: $9.99. Also available is an inexpensive plastic trophy or loving cup. Made in Hong Kong during the 1950's-1960s, it is from old store stock and is colored in chrome on a black base, 2.5"H. Cost: $1.75 each. A heftier cup in stainless/silverplate is also available, with the words "Champion" inscribed on the front on a black base - perfect for Derby and other race winners! Cost: $12.
Working studiolight is shaped like a movie set light, while the cameralight is shaped as a 16mm film camera. These functional and portable desk lamps are well-made and heavy. Can be adjusted to many different positions; cameralight can be adjusted from 8" - 12" in height. Bases on both pieces are of weighty metal with rubber tips to keep them from sliding and tipping. Lights can be adjusted to shine in many different directions and can be switched on and off. Shutters on the studiolight can be closed. Approx. 12" tall each. Measuring about 1"H, each box, made w/papers and labels from actual cigarette packs, includes about 6 "cigarettes" inside. Work is labor-intensive to achieve such detailing. Other essentials include a pipe (1.5"L) in plastic but realistic-looking for $4; a lighter in plastic (.5"H) for $2 (fits nicely in 16" doll's hands), or a vintage silver metal one that works (though I have never tried) from the 1950s (made in Japan), $20 (good for Trent but better for 18" or perfect for Cissy!); several styles of flasks, either silver w/silver cap ($3) or black cap ($5) in resin, a rectangular British style in olive green ($3), or a rounded American version ($3), almmost in all plastic but w/nice detailing; and a canteen in resin and multicolored (great for Trent or male dolls), $5, Napoleonic blue (pretty enough for the ladies!), $5, or a more rugged style, tucked inside a neck strap ($5).
