Domestic and international orders welcome! Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted via e-mail to confirm receipt and again when item is shipped. An order will not be shipped until payment is received. We will hold an item for two weeks when contact is first made by e-mail until receipt of payment. Please contact us first when placing an order before sending payment, so availability can be confirmed.
We accept payment by check (held 5-7 bus. days for clearance), money order (including international)/cashier's check (will usually ship on the next business day after payment is received, although sometimes 2 - 3 days is necessary to make up an order), by credit card through PayPal, or by direct fund transfer through PayPal (see below). U.S. Postal Service is least expensive for small packages; heavy packages are more economical by UPS (though we will accommodate your preference). Priority: Most lightweight items cost $5.70 priority. Insurance is strongly encouraged for your protection, especially for costly orders; please add an additional $1.65 for amounts up $100 (inquire about higher amoutns). Of course, multiple items are mailed together and therefore cost less to send. If your item(s) must reach you immediately, Express Mail is available and rates must first be confirmed before payment is sent. All doll items come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Because we are so sure of the quality of our products, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply let us know and return it within 14 days of your purchase in saleable condition (with original manufacturer's packaging for the product, if applicable) for a refund, minus shipping. Please report any damaged item(s) immediately by e-mail. Item must be returned completely with original packaging for USPS damage reimbursement, as well as UPS claims.
